Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact our Customer Service. We will provide a return label, so you won’t incur any return costs.
Ordering from Abroad
We deliver worldwide and accept all major credit cards.
Placing an Order

Browse www.tedmarone.co.uk and select your desired item, size, and color.

Click Add to Cart.

Review your cart and enter a voucher code if applicable.

Click Order to proceed.

Log in (if you have an account), choose your delivery method, and enter your address.

Select a payment method and complete the purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Delivery to a Different Address
Yes! Enter a new delivery address when placing your order.
Gift Packaging
We offer gift packaging for €1.50 per item. Your order will be sent without an invoice. You can provide separate invoice and delivery addresses.
Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our sorting center, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.
Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed, as processing begins immediately. If your order was placed within the last 15 minutes, contact Customer Service—we may still be able to assist.
Changing Delivery Address After Ordering
Once an order is placed, changes are generally not possible. If it was placed less than 15 minutes ago, contact Customer Service immediately.
Package Not Received
Check your Track & Trace email to see the delivery status. Packages may sometimes be left with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, contact Customer Service.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes. If you don’t, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact Customer Service.
Missing Invoice or Return Form
If your package is missing documentation, contact Customer Service. The correct invoice and return form will be sent to you. Returns should be sent to:
Damaged or Dirty Items
If your item arrives damaged or dirty, contact Customer Service. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Missing Parts or Items
Some orders ship in multiple packages. Check your email confirmation or Order History. If a package is missing, contact Customer Service with your order number.
Receiving the Correct Item After an Error
If we shipped the wrong item, contact Customer Service. We will promptly arrange the correct item for you.
